All products purchased from isedanuts can have a return request submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery and are eligible for replacement within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned in:
New and unused condition
Original packaging/boxes
With all paperwork, including invoice, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
Along with all accessories and complimentary items received with the product
“New and unused” means that the product should not contain scratches, damage, marks, stains, or any signs of usage. The item must not be altered, resized, or tampered with in any way.
After 2 days from the delivery date, return requests will not be accepted. However, depending on the product’s warranty terms, the item may still be eligible for replacement or repair.
To request a return or replacement, customers must submit a request through their order section using the Cancel/Return Request option.
After receiving the returned product, our quality/testing team will inspect and verify the product. Once approved, the refund or replacement process will begin.
For any cancellation-related queries, customers can contact our support team. Please mention your Order ID in all communications. It is recommended that requests be made using the registered mobile number or email address.
Cancellation requests can only be raised before the order is shipped.
Once approved, the order will be cancelled instantly.
Refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 3–4 working days to the original payment method.
The following deductions may apply during the refund process:
Cancellation Charges: 0.5% of order value
Minimum: ₹10
Maximum: ₹50
Online Transaction Charges: 1.75% of the total payment amount
In some cases, if the cancellation request is made after shipment, courier or shipping charges may be deducted and borne by the customer.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. After verification, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after approval.
For online payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, UPI, or Net Banking), the amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
COD (Cash on Delivery) refunds may require bank account details and can take additional processing time.
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
Partial products returned
Missing accessories or components
Tampered or damaged packaging
Used, damaged, or altered products
Products returned without invoice or original packaging
All items and accessories received with the product must be returned together for successful refund processing.
